Software

Process automation system includes software individually developed for each project. The software is based on the SCADA system Simatic WinCC.

• Visualization of information of the technological process at the operator’s workstation based on a PC with a preinstalled Windows operating system;
• Start-up and control of the technological process is carried out automatically from the operator’s workstation;
• Monitoring of the current state of all operating mechanisms (on/off, open/closed, valve position, emergency condition);
• Monitoring of all level and temperature sensors;
• Route Manager – intuitive tools for setting ressource movement routes in automatic mode;
• The ability to start individual technological units in the adjustment (service) mode;
• Switching modes automatic / manual from the operator’s workstation;
• System data archiving, event and alarm log;
• Monitoring of the current load of motors controlled by soft starters;
• The possibility of remote technical support, provided that the control system is connected to the Internet and special communication equipment is installed (optional).
